Actually, she arrived on Thursday [img]tongue.gif[/img] . I took a whole bunch of pictures to make an album, tried to upload them, and then realized I don't have the 3 to 4 hours it would take to upload the pics on my computer [img]frown.gif[/img] . But anyway, it's Jess! I don't know if anyone noticed or not, but I added her to my siggy on (I believe) Thursday night. I have to admit, when I first saw pictures of Jess, I wasn't so sure I liked her facemold. Now, it is my FAVORITE! Her face is positively gorgeous! I love her hair (the stepped part is so cute, and, no, it does not make styling her hair any harder!), her skin tone, her facemold, and her outfit. The only thing I *don't* love about her is the thickness of her hair. Or really, lack there of. Her hair is very thin. However, the color is so beautiful, and her hair is so soft, I don't mind too much. As of now, she is clad in the Butterfly Brocade Outfit (which arrived with her), with her hair up in a messy half-bun with the hairsticks [img]smile.gif[/img] . Lovely! Before, I had her in the Birthday Girl Outfit, which I also ordered and had shipped with her, which is too cute on Jess. Here I have some reviews.

Jess
I [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] her so much! Shhh, don't tell the others, but she is now my favorite dollie [img]biggrin.gif[/img] ! As mentioned above, her hair, facemold, skintone, and outfit are TOO CUTE! I like the outfit even more than I thought I would. The skirt is so *flowy* and the top is so much prettier in person. The shoes are also quite adorable in person! The only advice I can really give you is too keep her braids in for as long as you can! My Jess looked positively stunning with her braids in, but I took them out within 3 hours to style her hair. I now really regret it, because I cannot get it back to the original factory braids. However, Jess's hair does look really cute down, in a bun, on in ponytails. Her hair is pretty thin, but it doesn't take away any of her cuteness! For anyone debating on getting Jess, GET HER NOW!!! Or, at least, before she retires!

Butterfly Brocade Outfit
I actually wasn't so sure about ordering this. I'm SO glad that some board members convinced me otherwise!!! This has got to be one of the cutest AG outfits! It's my favorite color, has great material, and is the perfect stlye for Jess! It's not as short as I expected (which is good), and not at all tight like many AG items have been lately. The bracelet and purse are really sweet, and the hairsticks are so fun! The only bad thing is the shoes. They do not stay on very well, despite the back straps. I know that a lot of members use the little clear bands (that many dolls' hair comes styled with), but I don't have any at the moment. Looks perfect on Jess, and oh-so-sweet on Nellie!
Grade: A+

Birthday Girl Outfit
I love this too! It also looks incredible on Jess, much better than expected. The skirt is a little tight, but not so tight that it won't fit at all. The shoes stay on much better than those of the Butterfly Brocade Outfit. I do not like the tiara, however. I can't get it to fit on my dolls' heads properly without majorly messing up their hair. I still love the outfit, though!

Lilac Glasses
I also got the Lilac Doll Glasses. They are pretty cute. I like that they have glass lenses instead of cheapo plastic or no lenses at all. They stay on very well, because they are kind of tight on the dolls' heads. When putting them on, you have to be careful, otherwise you could mess up their hair! They're pretty cute. I'm not sure who will wear them, though. It's either going to be Tabitha Liz or Jess.
